Shipping Policy

Production and Shipping Time:

  • All our items are made-to-order and can take 7-10 business days to produce and ship starting from the day of order.
  • If an item is stated as not made-to-order and available in stock, it will be shipped within 2-3 business days.

Shipping Methods:

  • We ship worldwide using DHL and UPS.
  • Items are either shipped from our storage in Europe or our atelier in Turkey.
  • You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Costs:

  • Customers are responsible for paying shipping costs unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
  • Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method chosen.

Customs and Duties:

  • Please be aware that customs and import duties may be applied to international orders.
  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties and taxes that may be levied on their orders by their respective countries.

Estimated Delivery Time:

  • Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an estimated delivery time.

Lost or Damaged Items:

  • Marmar is not responsible for any lost or damaged items during shipping. However, we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.

Return and Exchange Policy

Returns and Exchanges:

  • As all our items are made individually to order, we cannot offer returns or exchanges.

Resizing:

  • If you need a different size, we offer a discounted resizing rate for requests made within 14 days of receiving your order. After 14 days, the full resize service rate applies.
  • Please contact us at [email protected] to request a resizing.

Defective or Damaged Items:

  • If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and a detailed description of the defect or damage, along with photos if possible.
  • To process a replacement or repair, the defective or damaged product must be returned to us. We will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to return the item.
  • Once we receive the returned item and verify the defect or damage, we will arrange for a replacement or repair at no additional cost to you.
